Overwhelmed by the idea of a large or traditional wedding, or by the complexity of planning your wedding in general?

As a neurodiverse bride myself, I’m experienced in crafting personalized celebrations perfectly suited for your unique needs and tastes. I will help you to imagine what your perfect wedding day looks like, whether that is an intimate ceremony with your closest loved ones followed by a formal afternoon tea, or a multi-day gathering by the lake with an informal ceremony.

As we work together throughout the planning process you will choose the personal and aesthetic elements from a curated selection based on your preferences, reducing overwhelm and decision fatigue. I will keep track of all the details and timelines, so that all you need to focus on is spending time with your loved ones and creating cherished memories!

I will design and coordinate all aspects of your wedding, including:


Stationary

  • Design overall stationary theme
  • Create save the date cards, invitations, programs, menus, seating charts, etc.
  • Assemble, address, and mail save the dates and invitations
  • Manage RSVPs, meal selection, and food allergies

Ceremony

  • Venue recommendations and reservations
  • Vendor shortlist selection and coordination (Photographer, caterer, etc.)
  • Custom design your ceremony
  • Help select readings, unity ceremony, etc
  • Assist you in writing personal wedding vows
  • Officiate your ceremony (location dependent)

Reception

  • Source key design elements such as centerpieces, dinnerware, and linens that match your wedding aesthetic.
  • Coordinate rental vendors for tables, chairs, tents, etc.
  • Create Seating Chart Options
  • Coordinate décor setup for ceremony and reception areas

Travel

  • Hotel block reservations
  • Wedding Party and Guest Transportation
  • Honeymoon planning

Full-Service Wedding Planning Fee


Depending on the complexity, size, and length of your event, my fee ranges from 5 to 15 k, plus flights and accommodations for the duration of your destination wedding.

This fee enables me to spend hundreds of hours planning a wedding perfectly suited to you and lets me be there to personally make your wedding day itself seamless.

Thoughts from a Bride


I’m not a very decisive person, and planning is difficult for me. It was for that reason that when I got engaged, I employed Amanda as a wedding planner though she was primarily only working in the vacation planning sphere at that time. Though only having known Amanda briefly at this point, I was sure that she was the best woman for the job for a number of reasons.

As we progressed through the different iterations of wedding planning, I wasn’t able to decide on a number of things, such as venue, caterer, or even a color scheme. I bounced back and forth between doing the ceremony in my hometown, or doing a destination wedding in France, or a private elopement. At one point, I even floated the idea of picking the prettiest Airbnb I could find in the continental United States and simply doing an informal gathering there with a close group of friends and family.

Throughout this process, Amanda pivoted expertly at every change in plans, seamlessly carrying the threads of one plan into the next and coordinating with the relevant contacts as needed. She put together excel spreadsheets to help me track my budget, she reached out to Airbnb hosts and venues, creating PDF files with cost and detail breakdowns with which I could compare my options. She scheduled lengthy phone calls with me to ask about my preferences; my likes and dislikes & diligently kept track of my headspace as things shifted and changed. Amanda has an uncanny ability to cut to the meat of an issue and see the core fix—I can’t recommend this quality highly enough as a bride. Trust me when I tell you that at some point in this process, you will feel overwhelmed, and a steadying and sensible presence like the one provided by Amanda is invaluable.

The effort and skill that Amanda has shown on my behalf was not only wildly impressive but truly appreciated. To say I recommend her as a wedding planner is an understatement.
